What should I share about my pool and outdoor living project?

Describe the intended use, approximate pool area, yard access, existing slopes and desired decking or shade. Note nearby structures and any known utilities.

What should the quotation explain?

Separate the pool shell and equipment from excavation, spoil removal, decking, landscaping and other site work. Confirm which items require separate quotations and who coordinates them.

Can I start without a final budget?

Yes. Share your priorities and a working range if you have one. Homeowners pay no introduction fee to NWA Market Builder; contractor and design services are quoted separately. A project price requires a defined scope and assessment of the site.

What a pool and outdoor living scope should include

Scope the pool shell or system separately from excavation, utilities, equipment, drainage, barriers, decking and landscaping. Outdoor kitchens and pool houses add their own services and building requirements. Ask the specialist to identify exclusions, spoil removal, site access, equipment commissioning and handover instructions.

Timing: plan the stages before the start date

Plan backward from the season you want to use the space. Design, specialist selection, approvals, utility work and procurement come before excavation. A pool with decking or a pool house should be planned on a months-long horizon rather than a weekend installation. Site conditions, weather and inspections affect the final schedule; the specialist must confirm it in writing.
