Our team includes Josh King (20 years), Adam (12 years), Nicola (30 years), Julia (5 years) and Connor (1 year). Together, we bring OVER 60 YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE, along with AutoCAD and marketing experience. Josh founded NWA Market Builder and works with homeowners to clarify project scope and compare contractor quotations; suitable local contractors deliver the agreed work.

The NWA Market Builder vetting standard

Before we make an introduction, we check the contractor’s identity, applicable licensing, current insurance, relevant references, experience and fit for your project. We confirm local availability and explain any material limits before asking permission to share your details. These checks help you compare options; the contractor remains responsible for the work, final quote and contract.

What homeowners pay—and how NWA earns money

Homeowners pay no introduction fee; the contractor you choose quotes and contracts project work directly with you. NWA Market Builder earns revenue from partner marketing and referral fees, which we disclose before you decide about an introduction.

3. Choose whether to connect. We confirm the checks, explain any partner fee and ask before sharing your details. If no contractor fits, we’ll tell you.

NWA works with you to develop the initial scope and coordinate quotations. The selected contractor validates site conditions, confirms the final technical scope and price, and contracts for and delivers the agreed work. You choose whether to proceed.
